Description
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Communications & Marketing Intern to support our team in ensuring consistency, quality, and impact across all our content and external communications.
🫡Key Responsibilities:
- Adapt and refine content for different channels (presentations, LinkedIn, newsletters etc.)
- Ensure all materials follow brand guidelines and templates (formatting, spacing, consistency, etc.)
- Update the content calendar
- Support the layout and formatting of internal and external newsletters.
- Adapt content into engaging LinkedIn posts
- Assist with ad hoc tasks such as: Contacting event organizers, Coordinating with providers, etc
- Update and maintain press clippings (Notion-based)
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Excellent written communication (English, Spanish and Catalan)
- Interest in content, branding, and storytelling.
- Comfortable working with tools like Notion, Canva, and Adobe (Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Proactive and can-do attitude.
🤹Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in communications, marketing, or content creation
- Interest in tech or science
💻Additional Information:
The main working location is Barcelona. The role requires a significant onsite presence, with some flexibility for remote work during the week.
